Queer Eye season 6 is on the production now. The production is currently held due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In an interview, Bobby Berk, a member of the fab five, disclosed that season 6 of Queer Eye would begin this year in Austin, TX. This series was inspired by the Bravo’s Original Queer Eye of the Straight Guy, which was premiered in 2018, and now the season is on the production.
New changes are observed
Queer Eye has been filmed in various regions of the United States of America like Kansas City, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, and they went to Japan to get the season done. Now they are back on the USA in Austin, TX, to premier the season 6 of Queer Eye. The Shooting is currently on hold from the last few days, and episode 1 of this season is still left to be completed.
They are estimating that this season of Queer Eye would be on TV by the Fall of 2020. Season 5 of this series, which was shot in Philadelphia, is left to be announced. Netflix had already rolled out the Season 3 and season 4 in 2019. As the shooting is still in progress for the episode, the trailer is still not out. So, the viewers have to wait for more to enjoy this season.
Affect of COVID-19 Pandemic
Due to this COVID-19 pandemic, to maintain the social distance, it’s getting hard for the crew to picture some of the gathering scenes. As to follow the social distancing, they can present the same kind of love and affection on the screen, which binds the audience with the series.
Netflix has currently halted the production, they have to wait for one more week to continue back on shooting, or it might take some more time as well. The fans have to wait to watch this awesome series. The actors of Queer Eye season 6, like Bobby Berk, Antoni Porowski, Jonathan Van Ness, Tan Francess, and Karamo Brown have suggested the fans to revisit the Season 1 to season 4.
